The noise vibration was resulting from a front area that required a foam slither to be inserted, which would absorb the vibration. It wasn’t really a solution because the problem still persists. Although the problem may appear to have been resolved by the foam insert, on the contrary, the problem returns and still exists. Try contacting Cadillac direct and talk to them. They will take care of the problem.
